Jessica Iadanza-Trout

Miss Jess has been dancing for the past 35 years. She began dance at the age of 2 in Miami Florida, where she was born and lived throughout her childhood years. She studied dance in Dade County Miami with her instructors, who were members of the Dance Educators of America. She danced competitively and attended workshops, conventions and competitions throughout her dance career in places such as Miami, Miami Beach, Orlando and Ft Lauderdale FL.

When she moved to the Ohio Valley, she continued her Dance training and began her Dance teaching training. She performed on the Royal Caribbean Cruise line in Nassau, Bahamas and attended dance seminars/conventions in New York City. She graduated from Buckeye Local High School in 2000 and attended Ohio University Eastern where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology.

Jessica was the Choreographer for BLHS theater department, choreographing musicals such as 42nd Street, High School Musical and Grease. She began running The Dance Factory in 2007 and has traveled with her students to perform and compete in Walt Disney World, Myrtle Beach, Virginia Beach, Nassau Bahamas and numerous Regional competitions, workshops and events.

Miss Jess is honored to say she has taught dance to some of the local area Dance Teachers. She resides in Dillonvale with her husband Justin and 2 children Max and Sadie. Max and Sadie are members of TDF competition teams and have danced since the age of 2.

She teaches all genres of Dance, competitive and recreation, to all ages. Miss Jess is honored to be able to pass down her experience, knowledge and talents of dance to her students and enjoys being a part of their lives. Watching them grow and develop into beautiful dancers each year is a reward in itself. Jessica’s goals are to instill confidence, knowledge, passion and the love for dance in all her students.
